At Broad Meadow Farms Home Concierge, we provide seasonal and light home maintenance services as well as schedule and oversee 3rd party maintenance contractors on your behalf. For 3rd party maintenance contractors, we act as an available onsite residential resource to monitor contractors and ensure the service maintenance was completed.

Full Service Plan
$550 / quarter
Services all major home mechanical systems and provides standard light maintenance for many internal and external home items.

Light Maintenance
$425 / quarter
Reduces home owners maintenance “to-do” lists, freeing homeowners from routine but time consuming tasks, returning countless weekend hours.

Safety, Mechanical and Outdoor
$275 / quarter
Focuses only on proactive maintenance, inspection, and service for all major home mechanical systems as well as foundational exterior needs.

Home Detailing & A la Carte
hourly rate + materials @ cost
We offer a variety of home concierge services to suit your needs.

Vacation & Guest Home Monitoring
$75 / visit
Periodic home inspection services reducing the likelihood of residential damage while home owners are absent for extended periods.
